A man was arrested after two women were shot in a Miami bar early Thursday.

Miami police said Fidencio Membrano, 35, was in the Molino Rojo bar at Southwest Eighth Street and Fourth Avenue just after midnight Wednesday.

According to police, a woman felt someone pull her hair, and she asked Membrano why he had done it. Miami police said Membrano asked, “Did I offend you?” and then pulled out a gun and started shooting.

The woman whose hair had been pulled ducked, and two other women in the bar were shot.
